Immediately I saw this on In Rust group I knew it was a Wayne shot. The colour, the detail and the superb composition all said it was yours. :D

Beautiful and evocative prairie scene!

Sometimes I miss that real summer weather (grew up in Sask until I was 12 and then went to hs there as well!) I've been a BCer more or less since 1967 though and sometimes the famous precipitation really gets to me! :D

I grew up in Thunder Bay but moved to Brandon in 1974 (first real job). I have lived all of my working life in Manitoba. I find that now the prairie is in my blood. I like the mountains, but I need to see the horizon or I don't feel at home.
