It may seem kind of strange to many people further south, but winter still has a firm hold here in Canada, especially out in the west. This picture was taken on April 5th, just a few days after a late winter storm. A lot of melt has already happened so the grass is already showing through. On Sunday, places further west got up to eight inches of the white stuff. We were lucky, we only got about 6 and it is quickly melting.

I can see why you would think that. Unfortunately the barn is leaning west. I have no idea why, be the yard further west is well treed, so the shelter would have helped.

snow? what snow it's been gone here for a month and already have American Goldfinch's at my feeder they showed up last week.

great picture but there is something "off" in it for me. I think a wider angle to show more of that great open and lonely space you have out there as this shed feels lonely to me. If that makes any sense
