Just one comment on the lighting, since you were testing stuff, you say - the catchlight seems too far to the left - there is a highlight in the left eye (on the right as one looks at it) which, for me, appears too deeply in the shadow. If whichever of the 17 lights you used for the catch was over to the right (as the photog sees it), that highlight would seem more natural to me. Possibly its also too intense - down a stop or three.
But otherwise, it looks like it's taken with natural high-window light, my personal favourite style.

DA is giving me fits and either not letting me comment or not letting me favorite or both so I been laying low until the bugs get worked out of this new upgrade
I have not noticed any major problems at dA, but then I spend only a few minutes here in the morning, and then look at some submission in the evening if I have time. I am almost never active on the weekends now, My ow things have changed.
